Once your application is approved, last month’s rent is due within 24 hours to secure your apartment.

How many apartments are at Glenbrook Estates?

The community includes 174 apartments across 29 brick buildings in Woburn.

What utilities are included in the rent?

Water, sewer, and trash removal are included. Residents are responsible for gas and electricity.

Do residents receive storage?

Yes. Each apartment includes one storage unit located on the same floor level as the apartment. (1st floor storage is on 2nd floor)

What amenities does the community offer?

Amenities include a seasonal pool, grilling area, onsite recycling, fitness center, Amazon package lockers and a work from home station.

Is parking available?

Yes. Outdoor parking is free and unassigned.
One-bedroom apartments may receive up to two spaces depending on licensed drivers.
Two-bedroom apartments may receive up to three spaces.

Are pets allowed at Glenbrook Estates?

No, the community is not pet-friendly.

What internet and cable services are available?

Xfinity provides high-speed internet and cable services to the community, offering reliable connectivity for streaming, working from home, gaming and everyday browsing needs.

Is renters insurance required?

Yes. All residents must carry $100,000 liability renters insurance.

How do residents pay rent?

Rent can be paid online through the resident portal.

What makes the location desirable?

Glenbrook Estates offers quick access to major highways (Route 3 and the 128/93 interchange), Lahey Clinic, Hanscom Air Force Base, Burlington’s tech corridor, and a wide range of dining, grocery, and retail options. Residents also have access to the 350 bus line and the Wedgemere T Station for commuting into Boston.
